My name is HENRY C.GORDON JR..My wife and I have been with Sprint for at least 4 years. I have been having equipment trouble the whole time. Now in NOVEMBER I payed for a new phone through my insurance.Now it's JAN. and I need a new phone. Last night I spent 3 hours getting the issue handled.The second rep. that i talked took care of me well .But TODAY I went to the SPRINT store as instructed and the person I spoke to said that he couldn't do anything so I walked out of the store and thought I needed to speak to a manager. So went back into the store and asked a different person could I speak to a manager.He nicely asked me what my issue was.I told he what my issues were ,just so happen a different customer said he was having the same problems. Now at that time the first person I SPOKE TO START TO GET LOUD.[WELLS ROAD STORE]He even said he would kick me out of the store.I told him to go ahead and try.He got in my face !!! I guest he thougt because he was a little tall that I WOULD BACK DOWN! I'm a hurt ex Marine so needless to say he just went in the back.That was because a manager came and told him to go.Then the manager took my phone in the back then came back out and said the phone had water damage.That would have been okay if I was still working ,but Ihaven't been able to work since 11-15-05.I am at my wits-end with this company.I went to using a prepaid phone for a few weeks last year.NOW, I JUST CALLED THE STORE AT195-2 BLANDING BLVD THEY CAN'T HELP . PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

You say you have been having equipment trouble your whole time with sprint and you still stayed with them for 4 years? Come on. What else are you exaggerating with in this post?
